The two ministers are known for being notorious against the Collo people. Thus they found it a chance to deal a blow to the Kingdom by humiliating the deputies of the people in SSLA, who happened to be all Collo. The minister of interior is one of the signatories of the document that gave the Collo land to the his Dinka sub tribe in Luac.

The minister who is related to Collo by blood have been very keen to associate with those who never care about the Collo land being taken or not like SG of SPLM. The other, is a part of the people who belief falsely that they were born to rule. This slogan is no longer selling in the 21ST century when each and every one knows his rights and territory. Well placed layers with expert opinion belief that serious procedural breach had been committed to acquire a legal pretext to arrest the MPs of SPLM-DC, and whole issue is more politics than law. It is unfortunate that leaders of people who hope for a separate state can fool the public opinion hiding behind the law. In his “LEGAL ADVICE ON MEASURES TO TAKE AGAINST SPLM-DC” the minister of interior wrote “ A case has been opened by the elder brother of the late” the name of whom had not been mentioned. There is only one brother and to the best knowledge of many people in Malakal, this brother never opened a case against SPLM-DC. The quoted case number is against unknown, not as put in the minister’s “Direct suspects who planed and initiated the plot are SPLM-DC members of Upper Nile State Legislative Assembly and South Sudan Legislative Assembly” are imagination of the minister as part of the conspiracy to victimized SPLM-DC MPs.

What should be realized by all the people of the south that tribalism had been entrench to twist even the legal aspects a very serious step towards collapse of the state when the law is placed at the whims of individuals. A party as such can not commit a crime or murder, but an individual can. Thus an investigation should have been conducted against an accused MP(s) and only when proved guilty, the immunity could be lifted to enact appropriate verdict against the culprit. GOSS is a failed administration and the south is a failed state with all mistakes being committed at all levels.

Those in power with complete knowledge of their failure, are adamant to clinch to power and would all the time distract the people with skirmishes instead of addressing the real issues of hunger, corruption ,health, education and the stolen elections. SSLA had sold its members very cheaply to the executive for the fear of strong opposition in the parliament with the few people with the voice of truth, the very few people who came to the parliament through the actual clean and fair elections, are about to be muted. The correspondence between the two ministers at ministerial level was designed to let wrong things be done behind the bulk of experts in these ministries not to have any chances of proper handling of the issue of SPLM-DC MPs.

Things are racing fast in the south, and without proper scientific approach to handle them, Pandora box might tear loose leaving options for all possibilities, including the separation that is being sold on the cheap market of politics. The youth going to the streets in a demonstration demanding separation is quite a meaningless action by idle youth who want to cross their bridges before reaching them. From whom do we demand the separation any way? The time will come when each and every one will cast their votes for either option. The SG of SPLM is extra ordinarily active these days in trying to tug the Collo people and land into head long coalition with the SPLM/A. All that had taken place about the SPLM-DC MPs in Juba and Malakal is the work of PAGAN AMUM, the ministers should distant themselves from monkey tricks . Why SPLM’s failure in elections in the kingdom must be understood in the context that the Collo people refused neocolonialism.
