phdPachodo.org congratulates Dr. James Okuk, on his successful achievement of his PhD degree at the University of Nairobi, Kenya. Okuk's thesis title was "Rawlsian Justice and Poverty Reduction in Southern Sudan. The graduation cermoney will be held in December.

Congratualtion brother James Okuk for accomplishment of highest education. The reason that encourage me to congratulate you is not because of PHD, but because of your personal wisdom and dtermination. Without wisdom and spirit to serve other, PHD may serve only personal interest, but with them, PHD may serve the whole community. I know you through your continous inputs at websites and your articles proof the type of energy and spirit you are endowed with. You debate before you achieve PHD which is sharing knowledge with other who need it. You did not wait for PHD to join us with national truggle. Now plus PHD, you may serve our denied nation more and more.

congratulation Dr.James for the work well done. now South Sudan and the entire country is blessed with a new political philosopher who has tirlessly been theorizing theories that would contribute in bridging the gap between the rich and the poor. unlike other philosophers (Ali Mizrui and others)who based their idea on distinguishing the differences between the est and the west (ideological differences) as well as technological gap between north and south (developed vs developing world) Dr. Okuk highlight the importance of norrowing the distance between the rich & the poor may his theories be used by our leaders so that country be the first in fighting poverty.
